Hi, my name is Phil, and I’m from Long Island, New York. I started wrestling when I was just five years old, and that experience laid the foundation for the discipline and work ethic that continue to drive me both in the gym and in life.

I’m constantly inspired by the people around me — my hardworking wife, who’s a teacher; my teammates at work who hit the gym before their shifts; and my Jiu Jitsu training partners who make time in their busy family lives to keep improving. I have tried so many pre-workouts over time but Klerpath Gro Muscle is the only one I’ve taken that keeps me completely focused during training and doesn’t make me crash after.  The flavor is absolutely delicious and mixes very well. I’ve been using L-Arginine as part of my pre-workout cocktail for a few months now, and I’ve really noticed a difference in my stamina and overall endurance during workouts! I mostly mix it with Klerpath’s Gro Muscle (which is why I call it a cocktail lol) and the combination has been AMAZING for me! I feel less out of breath during high-intensity sets, and I feel like I can push through longer workouts without feeling completely wiped during or after them.
